Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessibility

Iceni Partnership is committed to making our website and services accessible and easy to use for everyone.

We want everyone who uses our website to be able to find information, understand our services and contact us, regardless of disability or access needs.

We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and aim to follow recognised accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

Accessibility of our website

We have designed our website to work with a range of devices and assistive technologies. We aim to ensure that:

  • information is presented clearly and consistently;

  • pages can be navigated using a keyboard;

  • images have appropriate alternative text where needed;

  • headings and page content have a logical structure;

  • links and buttons are clearly identifiable;

  • text and background colours have sufficient contrast;

  • forms are accessible and clearly labelled; and

  • information is available in alternative formats where reasonably possible.

We recognise that some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are continuing to review and improve the website as part of our ongoing accessibility work.

Alternative formats and support

If you are unable to access information on our website, or would like information in an alternative format, please contact us.

We will do our best to provide the information in a format that meets your needs.

You can contact us through our website or by contacting Iceni Partnership directly.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If you experience any difficulty accessing our website, please let us know. We welcome feedback about accessibility and will use it to help us improve.

When contacting us, it would be helpful if you could tell us:

  • the page or information you were trying to access;

  • what problem you experienced; and

  • what format or assistance would have helped.

We will consider your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Accessibility of our services and community facilities

Accessibility is important to us beyond our website. We aim to make our community facilities, activities and services welcoming and accessible to everyone.

If you have an access requirement when visiting the Swaffham Community Centre or Swaffham Assembly Rooms, please contact us in advance where possible so that we can discuss how we can best support you.

Keeping this statement under review

We will continue to review this accessibility statement and make improvements as we identify areas where the website or our services can be made more accessible.
